Role – Senior Solicitor (Family Law)

Location – Windsor & Maidenhead

Salary – £50K - £65K

We are conducting a confidential search for a Senior Solicitor (Family Law) to support and work alongside the Senior Partner, with a view to take over as head of the department. Recent acquisitions have created a significant opportunity to inherit a portfolio worth approximately £100k in client business, and to progress into senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a private law caseload that includes divorce/civil partnership dissolution, finance and children matters.
• Deliver practical, clear and empathetic advice to clients.
• Maintain and build strong client relationships, ensuring the highest standards of service.
• Contribute to the wider team’s success through mentoring, business development or senior‑level leadership.
• Support training and development where required.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years PQE in family law and a Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) – newly qualified through to Partner level.
• Proven experience in family law, or strong training seat experience if recently qualified.
• Excellent communication skills and genuine client care.
• Ambitious, collaborative and committed to delivering exceptional results.
