Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Area Sales Manager to support our sales efforts across designated territories. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in solar sales, demonstrating exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in CRM tools. This role requires a strategic thinker who can foster relationships with clients while driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Train, mentor, and support the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's offerings.
Skills
- Proven experience in solar sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in OpenSolar or Hometree for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
