Salary: Up to £45,000 + package
Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and step into a real construction career - working on new-build projects across commercial, healthcare, education, and even conservation? As an Assistant Site Manager, you'll be part of a collaborative, employee-owned construction team that’s been delivering high-value, technically demanding work for more than 5 decades.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the site management team to keep projects running smoothly - from pre-construction through to handover
- Coordinating subcontractors, materials, and site logistics
- Monitoring quality, safety, and programme progress
- Liaising with design, commercial, and senior management teams
- Helping to deliver sustainable construction practices (because “build it once, build it well” matters to us)
Who You Are:
- Someone with some site experience (or a construction-related qualification) who’s hungry for more leadership responsibility
- Organised, practical, and good at problem-solving - you won’t shy away from unforeseen issues
