Essential Qualifications Legal Credentials

Qualified Solicitor with current practising certificate

Minimum 7 years PQE with demonstrable expertise in BOTH commercial and residential property law

Outstanding academic credentials from leading institutions

Commercial Property Expertise

Commercial lease negotiations (renewal assignment surrender determination)

Sale and purchase of commercial properties Granting commercial leases and licences

Complex development work

  • Options and overage agreements
  • Clawback agreements and planning considerations Easements and rights of way Advanced SDLT and VAT knowledge for commercial transactions

Residential Property Expertise

Residential sales and purchases
