The ideal candidate will have
- Level 5 Leadership Management Children and Young People (or enrolled)
- Experience of Managing a Children Home or minimum 2 years experience working within a children’s residential home
- Handles pressure with ease
- An individual with unwavering determination and a genuine zeal for making a difference.
