A leading property investment and development group is seeking a technically strong and commercially minded Financial Controller to join its senior team in London.
This part-time role offers flexibility on working days and salary, and provides the opportunity to lead financial operations across a diverse portfolio of property SPVs - partnering closely with directors and asset teams to drive performance, compliance, and growth.
Responsibilities
- Leading financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Overseeing treasury, investor drawdowns, and loan covenant compliance
- Managing audits, tax, and regulatory obligations
- Driving improvements in financial systems, controls, and risk frameworks
- Supporting property transactions, valuations, and investor reporting
- Mentoring and guiding the finance team
Qualifications
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with significant post-qualified experience in property or real estate, strong technical knowledge, and a proactive, collaborative approach.
