What we offer you

You get the opportunity to take ownership of one of our key business areas. You’ll be working in-person in London where you will be pushed out of your comfort zone. To ensure growth, we provide:

  • The opportunity of having a real impact — operational experience in a start-up where work and results are tangible.
  • Inspiration and guidance — work closely with our high-performing team and with the CEO and founder.
  • Unlimited growth potential — strong track record of internal promotion.
  • Travel opportunities — joining our conferences overseas.
  • Invaluable transferable skills — boost interpersonal, research, organisation, outreach and project management skills through experience and training.

Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary but are mostly centered around:

  • Identify, maintain and develop long-standing and fruitful relationships with institutional investors who can benefit from our product and network.
  • Accommodate the investment strategy of the LP by facilitating 1:1 meetings with relevant fund managers.
  • Support the team to fulfil delivery of exclusive products such as roundtables, panel sessions, and VIP receptions, including securing audiences beyond our usual institutional investor definition (e.g., GPs).

What the future holds for you with our company

Whether you are with us for 2 or 10+ years, this position lays the foundation for a successful career. We promote internally, and a significant portion of our people move to PE/Venture or M&A roles, highlighting opportunities within the company.

What we expect from you

Please note that no specific previous work experience is required as training is provided; we are open to candidates with different levels of experience. However, you must have a UK work permit.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have a relentless drive to be the best at what they do.
  • Demonstrate unparalleled work ethic with a high sense of urgency.
  • Take ownership, are proactive, and follow through on commitments.
  • Are curious about people and enjoy speaking, building, and nurturing relationships.
  • Are excellent communicators (especially verbally and in writing).
  • Are well-organised and able to structure and prioritise work.

Start date

Flexible. The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based in our offices at Sloane Square. It requires a fast-paced, in-person collaboration to create market-leading events throughout the year.
