Finance Manager – 14 Month FTC | Glasgow (Hybrid)

The Role
- Lead month‑end close and financial reporting
- Prepare management information, variance analysis, and commentary
- Manage accruals, prepayments, VAT and bank reconciliations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow reporting
- Mentor a small finance team and manage audits
- Drive process improvements and strengthen controls
About You
- Strong experience with month‑end reporting and IFRS
- Advanced Excel and financial‑modelling skills
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder‑management ability
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 beneficial
