Management Accountant
Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Liverpool City Centre
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Are you an experienced Management Accountant looking to take ownership of key financial processes within a growing and collaborative finance team? This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic business where you’ll play a pivotal role in providing insightful financial reporting and supporting commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing commentary on performance
- Partner with department heads to deliver financial insights and cost analysis
- Assist with year-end audit preparation and statutory reporting
- Streamline processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
About You
- Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA or equivalent)
- Strong management accounting and analytical skills
- Confident communicator able to work with non-finance stakeholders
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable with modern finance systems
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to make an impact
