We’re supporting a highly successful marketing/software business in Reading that’s looking for a talented Financial Reporting Analyst to join their progressive and positive finance team. In this role, you will take the lead on statutory reporting while also gaining exposure to wider finance initiatives.

Key elements include:

• Preparation of statutory accounts across multiple entities under IFRS/FRS standards
• Month‑end and management reporting, including consolidations and key reconciliations
• Cash flow forecasting and involvement in treasury activities
• Supporting wider finance projects, process improvement work, and cross‑team collaboration
• Acting as a key point of contact for external auditors
