Base pay range
Job Title: Client Accountant
Salary: Basic salary from £32,000-35,000
Location: Vox Studios SE11 5JH
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Client Accountant to join our team in Royal Wharf. The role involves managing a portfolio of clients and being the main point of contact for any accounts related queries. Intermittently, the successful candidate will also assist with accounts payable duties, setting up new tenancies, handling deposits and various financial reporting.
Your Responsibilities as a Client Accountant
- Responsible for a portfolio of client accounts, managing all aspects of financial administration.
- Respond to enquiries about statements and rents, ensuring timely rent and fee collection.
- Manage deposit releases and set up daily payment schedules.
- Contribute to finance and tax reporting and provide operational support to the team as required.
- Work closely with line manager.
Your Skills and Experience
- Experience as a client accountant within an estate agency.
- Ability to foster collaborative relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong customer‑centric approach, prioritising client needs and satisfaction.
- Proactive and take initiative to identify and solve problems effectively.
- Prior use of Veco software would be advantageous.
