The Role

• Consulting; Negotiating; Headhunting; Preparing; Closing
• You will do active business development by bringing on new clients
• Source candidates that they are looking to fill their roles, by mapping your market and then screening potential candidates
• Organise and prep your candidates for interviews
• Secure them an offer and negotiate the deal
• Make a placement and get your commission!

The Incentives

• 27.5k base salary with an increase to 30k within 6 months
• Promotion after half a year
• 40% commission structure on top of base salary
• OTE in year 1 = 50k
• 28 days paid holiday + birthday + bank holidays
• Work from home every Wednesday after promotion

The Profile We Want

• 2:1 or above from a Russell Group Uni
• Minimum BBB at A-Level
• Sports background individual or part of a team
• Confident and Charismatic
• Sales experience preferred B2B, B2C, cold calling, door to door
