Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an effective oversight framework for all IT & Strategic Development activities, including telephony, written, email, and digital interactions.
- Review data with IT/SD teams to ensure processes support good customer outcomes and address potential issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the motor finance industry, products, processes, procedures, and scorecard updates.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations such as Consumer Duty, CONC, TCF Principles, and GDPR.
Work Schedule
- 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
