Associate Consultant – Reserving – London, UK
We have partnered with a fast‑growing and forward‑thinking London Market (Re)Insurer to find a talented Reserving Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio and play a key role in developing a market‑leading reserving function, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Head of Reserving in all aspects of the quarterly reserving process and reporting.
- Providing key reserving inputs into IFRS17, Solvency II Technical Provisions, and capital parameterisation.
- Applying robust methods and assumptions with clear justifications and audit trails.
- Delivering deep‑diving analysis and incorporating emerging trends into actuarial work.
- Driving innovation to improve end‑to‑end reserving efficiency and accuracy.
- Mentoring a Reserving Analyst and supporting team development.
