Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
  

ER RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a busy Emergency Department
  
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients with acute and critical conditions
  
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions per protocols
  
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
  
• Accurately document patient care using MedHost EDIS
  
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
  
• Float to other units as required to support hospital operations
