• Nursing Shifts: 12 Hour Days (6:45 AM start)
  
• Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours per week
  
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
  
• Floating: Required to Ortho/Neuro, Oncology, Acute Care, and JFW units
  
• Scrub Color: Caribbean Blue
  
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1680 - $1800
  

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active RN license (Georgia or compact state) – required for travel nursing jobs in Georgia
  
• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical nursing experience and 1 prior travel nurse assignment
  OR
  4 years of recent Med/Surg experience without travel
  
• BLS certification – required
  
• ASLS or NIHSS certification – preferred
  
• Experience with Meditech EMR – preferred
  
• Ability to float between units and adapt to changing assignments
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
  

Med/Surg RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in the Medical/Surgical unit
  
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions using Meditech EMR
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including CNA, RT, pharmacy, and physicians
  
• Float to Ortho/Neuro, Oncology, Acute Care, and JFW units as needed
  
• Participate in rotating holiday and weekend schedules
  
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and procedures
  
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment
