Job Description:

As a Travel Physical Therapist with Connected Health Care, you'll have the opportunity to work in the picturesque town near San Bernardino, CA, while providing exceptional care to patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting physical therapy assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
  
• Implementing therapy interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function.
  
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  
• Educating patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques.
  
• Documenting patient progress accurately and timely.
  

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
  
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
  
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
  
• Prior experience in a clinical setting required.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
