Med/Surg RN Job Details
- Location: Jack Byrne Center, Lebanon, NH (03756)
- Employment Type: Travel Nursing Contract
- Start Date: December 22, 2025
- End Date: March 21, 2026
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Patient/Nurse Ratio: 4:1 or less
- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1990 - $2130
Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire or Compact State
- Minimum 1.5 years of recent Med/Surg nursing experience
- BLS Certification (Basic Life Support)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with vascular access and phlebotomy preferred
Med/Surg RN Responsibilities
- Provide skilled, compassionate nursing care to hospice and palliative care patients
- Administer progressive care treatments including palliative sedation, Bipap, and high-flow oxygen
- Perform vascular access and phlebotomy procedures
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary palliative care team
- Support patients and families, promoting quality of life and meaningful experiences
- Maintain clear, empathetic communication and foster a positive healthcare environment
