Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active RN license (Registered Nurse)
  
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU or PCU experience
  
• BLS certification required
  
• ACLS certification preferred
  
• Strong clinical nursing skills and adaptability
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill individuals in the ICU/PCU
  
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status and progress
  
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as prescribed
  
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  
• Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient conditions
  
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and clinical standards
