About the Role

Lead the daily operations of your OSHC service while supporting a passionate educator team. You'll create meaningful programs, build strong community relationships, and ensure quality care before school, after school, and during holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily OSHC operations
• Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate programs
• Build positive relationships with families and schools
• Ensure compliance with NQF and regulatory requirements
• Manage enrolments, rosters, budgets, and admin

Qualifications

The right candidate will have:

• WWCC (WA)
• Leadership experience in OSHC or Early Childhood
• Must hold Diploma in ECEC
• National Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Knowledge of NQF & My Time Our Place
• Strong communication & organisational skills
