Join a leading commercial builder with over 30 years of experience. Operating Nationally, they deliver major new build projects in Commercial, Residential, Government, Education, Health & Industrial.

Due to project requirements, they are now resourcing for a project in Regional NSW, releasing a vacancy for a Project Engineer.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design management and coordination
• Client coordination and liaison
• Budget, estimating and reporting
• Site Establishment and planning
• Construction coordination and management
  
  

Requirements

• Construction Management/Building or equivalent
• Previous experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder
• Proven industry experience on $10M+ projects
• Previous experience managing sub contractors with programming, supervision and contracts administration.
• Strong negotiating skills to implement contracts with sub contractors and suppliers to satisfy budgets, quality, safety and time requirements.
