Role Overview

New Graduate Speech Pathologist based at our Strathpine clinic hub. Join a multi-disciplinary team that supports learning, wellbeing and purpose from day one.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, evidence‑based therapy that makes a meaningful impact under the N and other funding models. Support both children and adults in achieving communication and swallowing goals, collaborate with families and a supportive multi‑disciplinary team, and learn to manage caseload and calendar with guidance.

New Graduate Program

  • A structured 3‑month onboarding plan
  • Gradual caseload and calendar build‑up (metered start)
  • Weekly supervision and regular check‑ins
  • Peer mentoring and clinical huddles
  • Wraparound support from the multi‑disciplinary team
  • Practical resources, tools and administrative assistance
  • Ongoing professional development beyond the program

Qualifications

  • Recognised degree in Speech Pathology (or graduating soon)
  • SPA membership or eligibility
  • Driver’s Licence and access to a car (or use of our pool cars)
  • WWCC & NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
