Area Manager – Thrive Early Learning Centres
Thrive Early Learning Centres is looking for an exceptional Area Manager to lead a small region of Centres and champion excellence across people, quality, and operations.
About the Role
As our Area Manager, you’ll:
- Coach and develop Centre Leaders to deliver high-quality educational programs
- Drive performance across occupancy, rostering, quality and family satisfaction
- Ensure strong compliance, child safety and NQF/NQS standards
- Support Centre integrations and contribute to Thrive’s exciting growth journey
- Build positive, collaborative relationships across teams and families

About You
You’ll bring:
- Experience as an Area Manager or senior Centre Leader/Nominated Supervisor
- Strong communication, coaching and leadership skills
- Deep understanding of NQF, NQS, EYLF and compliance requirements
- Commercial acumen and ability to drive performance and positive culture
- Passion, resilience and a commitment to child-centred practice
