You will report to the Business Analysis & Test Capability Manager from an admin and capability perspective, and be part of a range of projects and initiatives within the infrastructure domain. You will report to the assigned Project Manager(s) for project‑related tasks and responsibilities.
You should have previous experience working with an IT department similar to SA Power Networks, ideally with Core BA skills such as data analysis in Excel, facilitating workshops, requirements gathering, benefits identification and realisation.
- Soft skills to communicate complex concepts in layperson terms and to appropriately manage stakeholder expectations.
- Process capture (“as is”) and process design (“to be”).
- Lean process improvement to identify areas of waste or improvement opportunities.
- Working in an agile environment without necessarily implementing an Agile methodology.
- Project establishment and closure activities, including problem definition, business case development, budget identification and operational handover support with associated documentation.
Highly desirable experience includes:

- Data centres
- Cloud / Microsoft Azure
