Eastern Washington University is currently seeking a team-orientated, skilled individual as a Sous Chef with international recipe development skills. This position will develop recipes and menus, prepare and serve food, train and direct staff in a Dining Services operation on our Cheney campus. This is a 10-month per year cyclic position with a strong possibility of picking up shifts during cyclic time off. The Prep Chef works under direction to produce meals, prep food, monitor service lines and maintain kitchen sanitation. This position is capable of directing the work of others and is designed to work alone, as needed, or as a member of a kitchen team.
