Finance Development Program Internship

The Finance Development Program (FDP) Internship provides participants with the opportunity to apply finance skills, strengthen business acumen, and grow! During this 12 week summer internship you will own a project and have an opportunity to receive mentoring from Finance leadership while driving differentiated results. Participants will own a project within a specific Finance discipline to deliver key business impact.

Project assignments could be in areas such as:

  • Internal Audit
  • Sales Finance Reporting & Analysis
  • Financial Planning & Analysis

Minimum Background and Experiences

  • Progress in Bachelor's or Master’s degree curriculum with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 and an anticipated completion date in 2020

Preferred Background and Experiences

  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with analytics
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong communication leadership & project management skills
