The Project Manager will serve as the day to day internal contact responsible for cultivating and maintaining key relationships throughout the daily production process. The Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery and completion of production data and related projects for designated clients, internal and external while maintaining the highest levels of client satisfaction.  In addition, the Project Manager is highly skilled at understanding the complex needs of the business, translating its priorities into solutions and orchestrating the successful execution of the work to the specified timelines on a consistent basis.


  • Production project manager serving as the liaison between the internal client and other members of the production team (Ops/Eng).

  • Facilitate and provide leadership during critical production outages to ensure appropriate resources are engaged to resolve and deliverables are met

  • Clearly and effectively communicate with leadership about production issues, resolutions and business impacts

  • Convey timelines, deliverables, risks, delays and impacts to production team members and lead teams as required.

  • Ensure compliance to SLAs and collaborate with stakeholders for all incidents/issues that arise.

  • Manage daily deliverables with specific focus on interim deliverables, client products and due dates.

  • Oversees and supports multiple production processes concurrently within a defined scope.

  • Maintain strict adherence to internal policies and internal controls within the organization.

  • Mitigate risk by anticipating delays and proactively initiate plans and alternative solutions so we meet SLAs.



  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a computer or information technology field or related field with 2-5 years of experience is required.

  • Demonstrated ability to structure and lead teams successfully through incidents/issues

  • Proven skills and ability in scoping, planning, executing and controlling project work

  • Demonstrated skill and ability with requirements analysis, process analysis, process modeling, and documenting workflows.

  • Motivated, self-starter.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to instill confidence with internal stakeholders and clients.

  • Demonstrates ability to multi-task in a fast-paced data environment.
