Our Project Manager will be responsible for preparing materials, data and information for meetings with the Portfolio Review Board consisting of Dart’s Executive Leadership to establish program and project priorities. The Project Manager will be responsible for all stages of the project lifecycle which include;

  • Developing the project plan
  • Estimating resources and costs
  • Defining project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Identifying problems that may potentially impede progress
  • Identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements after project completion
  • Providing recommendation for improvement

Core Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:

  • Requires one of the following:
    • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in engineering, business, or a technical related field of study and three (3) years of related project management experience
    • Associate’s degree and nine (9) years of related project management experience
  • Knowledge of and experience using project management methodologies and software
  • Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes
  • Ability to understand and apply financial analysis
  • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of products
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including the ability to create reports, documents, presentations and spreadsheets in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel up to 10% domestic and international
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and passport

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Project management training or training in project management related fields to include risk, quality, and scheduling
