As a Service Desk Representative, you will be the first line of contact for our clients needing support for hardware, software and telecom equipment. Are you an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who has excellent customer service skills? If you have a passion for technology and a spirt of service, this a great place for you. What you’ll do at Insight:

  • Be the solution . You provide technical solutions and assistance to clients.
  • Grow and develop . You understand Insight processes and are willing to continually learn.
  • Track. You complete tickets that detail troubleshooting steps, knowledge base articles used, escalation paths and ultimately resolution comments.

    What you’ll need to join Insight:

  • 1 year help desk experience or phone support technical experience in a corporate environment.
