NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Claims Analyst to join our team in Remote, Arkansas (US-AR), United States (US).

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Process claims for unique work assignment in a production role by accurately coding, reviewing and keying data.
  • Acts as resource for End of Contract Support as assigned by Management.
  • Follow all policies and procedures established for the department.
  • Develop skills and maintain all quality and production standards.
  • Maintain good working relationships with all internal and external contacts to ensure optimal level of service.
  • Research and document information as needed to process claim as well as work with other departments within the organization to provide resolution.

 

Education, Experience & Special Skills:

 

  • Demonstrated ability to perform in core competencies of Claim Analyst I role
  • Creative and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills
  • Initiative to learn Third Party Administration concepts and philosophies.

 

Access to Protected Health Information

This position will require the employee to handle Protected Health Information (PHI) for duties related to provider credentialing, complaints and grievances, claims issues, medical management issues, and risk and compliance issues.  Access to the PHI contained in the claims, medical management, and provider credentialing systems is necessary for this staff member.

Follow HIPAA security policies and procedures affecting your job, and report any suspected or actual violation or breach.
