You will join a team of professionals working as an MS Dynamics Support Consultant in our fast-growing Wales Delivery Centre. As an MS Dynamics Support Consultant you will be responsible for supporting our client’s solution ensuring the business critical system remains stable.  In addition, you will work alongside the wider team to leverage new technologies and techniques to deliver continuous improvements for the client.

Job Responsibilities

Day to day activities will include: reviewing, estimating and planning backlog items covering support tickets and enhancements.   All work will be delivered following the appropriate methodology primarily Agile.  As a shared service centre, the successful candidate will get involved with other clients, utilising their skills to support the wider team and getting the opportunity to pick up new skills.  In addition, the Innovation HUB offers the chance to use your skills with the latest technologies coming up with new demo’s and PoCs furthering our knowledge and capability.


Ideally you will have the following skills and experience;

  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)
  • History of developing and supporting enterprise applications
  • C# and Javascript Technologies and Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK
  • .NET Framework Version 4.5 or above
  • Experience of integration patterns
  • Experience with source control, deployment and Visual Studio Team Services
  • Good communication and teamworking skills
  • Eligible for SC clearance
  • Experience of remote delivery
  • Experience of support tools and processes
