92.1 CITI and KiSS 102.3 are seeking someone to join our promotional team. Duties including assisting the Promotions Department with on-site events and other promotional and programming initiatives. Helping to set up and maintain remote and live broadcasts both on-site and in-studio and more. This role will report to the Promotions Director at 166 Osborne Street.


•    Act as promotional representative for stations as directed by Promotions and Programming. Includes on-site events, promotional materials handouts etc. (includes social media posting)
•    Act as representative for the Programming, Promotions, Admin and Sales Departments. You must be presentable at all times (clean-cut, no hoodies, hats etc.); friendly, outgoing, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable.
•    At times, assist promotions in the office with Admin and promotional duties e.g. front reception/ administrative, prizing management, social media posting (as directed) etc.
•    Assist with the production of on-air shows as required.
•    Record programming for future replay as required.
•    Drive/ operate RV portable broadcast studio or alternate vehicle
•    Check battery & signal strength for live shows and remote broadcasts
•    Assist announcers while live on location
•    Ensure on-site broadcast equipment is functional, clean and put back in order found.
•    Additional duties as assigned.


•    Diploma from accredited broadcasting program.
•    Valid Manitoba driver’s license with a good driving record.
•    Previous radio promotions/ experience is an asset.
•    Self-motivated, team player with a positive attitude and passion to succeed.
•    Must be highly detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
•    Ability to work well under pressure in a faced paced environment under minimal supervision.
•    Must be willing/ able to do physically demanding work as required (lifting, dragging, carrying boxes etc.),
•    Must have a flexible schedule. Weekends are mandatory. Weeknight daytime and early morning work will also be required.
•    Must be creative, imaginative and innovative
•    Self-motivated, team player with a positive attitude and passion to succeed.
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•    Understanding of all social media platforms and best use.
