About the Role

As the Manager, Trade Sales for Rejuvenation, you will be responsible for managing the Rejuvenation Trade and Contract Sales business with the purpose of increasing brand recognition and market share. You will manage all processes and functions essential to driving the Rejuvenation Trade business including reporting, business analysis, managing custom projects, providing support to Retail Trade Representatives, and acting as brand liaison to WSI Contract Reps. You will work cross functionally with Merchandising, Design, Sourcing, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure execution of Trade strategies and execution of objectives. You will also work directly with Manufacturing, Distribution, and Inventory teams to ensure inventory/fulfillment optimization. As the leader of this sales channel, you will gain firsthand experience in the full sales cycle and become a key component to creating additional market share for Rejuvenation.

* Identify and execute the strategic direction for the Rejuvenation Trade business. Communicate the vision, identify new business opportunities, and deliver results.
* Act as the Trade liaison for all sales channels (Call Center, DTC, Retail) to ensure the execution of strategic objectives and achievement of sales goals through each channel.
* Manage custom projects from quoting to completion.
* Work with product design and sourcing to find Rejuvenation solutions to large scale projects.
* Provide support and implement processes and initiatives to ensure a superior level of customer service to trade customers.
* Collaborate with cross functional partners on development of new processes to support and drive the trade business.
* Work with Marketing to collaborate on development of marketing strategies, trade emails, creation of trade-specific marketing materials (e.g., tear sheets, swatch books, samples, etc.), pull lists for catalogue circulation, etc.
* Distribute sales reports and other relevant data to cross functional partners and sales teams needed to drive results.
* Project and report pipeline and inventory demand on large quotes/orders.
* Work with product, manufacturing and distribution teams to build inventory and processes that support growing trade segments.
* Analyze sales statistics to determine sales potential, monitor customer preferences and inventory requirements.
* Articulate Business to Business design needs and requests for Trade and Contract clients for future growth.
* Provide support to Retail Trade associates through communication, development, large scale project support, and sales strategies.
* Act as brand liaison between WSI Business Sales Team to support key projects, provide product knowledge, product assortment opportunities, etc.

We're excited about you because you...

* Have 3-5 years' experience in sales operations.
* Have prior experience with MRP (DAX) and/or CRM (i.e. Commercialware, Salesforce) platforms
* Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) applications
* Have strong interest/prior experience in design/home goods industry.
* Have strong organizational skills with good attention to detail
* Have strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external customers/clients/business partners
* Are able to manage multiple projects and priorities at one time.
* Prior experience in business to business sales preferred.
