About the Role

This critical Principal Product Manager role will be focused on driving the evolution of WSI's industry leading marketing data capabilities with a focus on CRM and Customer Loyalty. You'll be working on projects of diverse scope and complexity, related to areas such as our loyalty program, 360-degree view of the customer, customer master data management, data science and analytics and business intelligence. The right candidate will have a strong technical and analytical foundation, many years of relevant experience with data strategies and project execution and the ability to lead a large group with stellar communication.

Responsibilities

* Provide thought leadership and help define the product roadmap for our CRM and Loyalty programs in partnership with Technology and Marketing leaders.
* Research market and industry trends and perform competitor product analysis.
* Clearly identify and measure KPIs for our Loyalty and CRM Marketing program. Develop measurement strategies to drive ongoing optimization.
* Lead the definition, prioritization and scoping of initiatives related to CRM and Loyalty.
* Serve as a liaison between Business and Technology teams to ensure digital solutions meet expectations and provide customer and business value.
* Collaborate with Technology partners to drive execution and iterative delivery of initiatives.
* Craft business requirements and user stories and support our architecture and engineering teams through solution design, development and testing phases of delivery.
* Support cross-functional teams by answering questions, making recommendations, providing training and supporting integration testing.
* Socialize a clear view of priorities and progress against a product roadmap with business partners and senior leadership.
* Assist in constantly improving the Digital Product Management team.
* Perform other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

* You love working with other data geeks.
* You have 10+ years of Product Management experience in technology organizations. We're open to candidates with diverse experience, but it is important that you identify as a product person.
* You have a proven ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs and evaluate new ideas with partners across the organization.
* You have deep experience in leveraging data to improve customer experiences and drive business value (especially in the data warehouse and big data environments).
* Ideally, you have experience in multi-channel retail or e-commerce (not a must).
* You have stellar communication skills and an uncanny ability to lead and influence others.
* You have a point-of-view on how technology teams should engage to iteratively and efficiently deliver value for the customer (ideally with Agile methodologies).
* You care about the quality of your work and that is evident in all that you do.
* You have a Bachelor's degree or more in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An equivalent combination of related education, training and experience will be considered -- we care more about your work experience than what you did in college.
