About the Role
As Practice Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of our busy multidisciplinary clinic while driving efficiency, quality and growth. You’ll work closely with our directors and clinical team to enhance systems, support staff and ensure our patients continue to receive outstanding care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily operations and supporting the admin and reception teams and the clinicians
- Leading, mentoring and developing staff
- Managing budgets, billing and reporting
- Implementing new systems, projects and services as the clinic grows
- Supporting HR, rostering and performance management
- Developing internal processes, KPIs and QI activities
About You
You’re a dynamic and experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’re passionate about patient experience, confident in managing people and operations, and ready to step into a role that offers genuine leadership and growth.
You’ll bring:
- Previous experience as a Practice Manager or senior administrator (medical or allied health)
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, flexible and supportive approach
- Extensive experience with Best Practice software and MBS billing
- Financial acumen or accounts management experience
