What you’ll do
An exciting opportunity awaits at Ramsay Pharmacy Greenslopes Private Hospital for a motivated Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join our team on a full‑time basis. In this customer‑facing role, you will be the friendly face of our retail shopfront, welcoming customers, answering enquiries and providing exceptional service. You will work alongside a supportive and enthusiastic team, enjoy a well‑balanced roster and play a key role in driving sales and achieving KPIs. We are looking for someone who’s passionate about retail pharmacy, confident in guiding and assisting others and eager to contribute to a positive team culture.
What you’ll bring
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar position
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service, inventory control & continuous quality improvement
- Experience in a retail pharmacy setting is highly desirable, but not essential
- You love working in a team and collaborating with others to deliver excellent care
Mandatory requirements
- Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
- A national police check conducted within the last 12 months
