Shed Investor Academy is Australia’s leading coaching program helping investors break into the high-return world of industrial property.
We teach our students how to find, fund, and flip industrial sheds for six-figure profits or hold them for long-term cash flow — backed by real results, proven strategies, and a hands‑on support team.
We’re now expanding and looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our sales team.
The Role
You’ll play a key part in growing our business by engaging with warm and cold leads, qualifying them, and booking calls with our closers.
You’ll be speaking with people who’ve enquired through our ads, webinars, and funnels — people already interested in investing — and helping them take the next step toward joining our program.

What You’ll Do
- Call and message warm and cold leads to book appointments
- Manage and follow up leads through our CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Hit daily and weekly call and booking KPIs
- Represent Shed Investor Academy with professionalism and energy
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams
About You
- 1–2 years’ experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service and/or knowledge or interest in the property industry
- Confident, upbeat communicator with strong phone presence
- Driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Tech-savvy with CRM experience preferred (training provided)
- Reliable internet, headset, and quiet workspace
