We’re seeking a Level 1 Technical Support professional who is eager to learn, provide excellent customer service, and support clients with Microsoft 365 applications. This is an entry‑level role with plenty of opportunities to develop technical skills, work with experienced colleagues, and grow your IT career.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide first‑line support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Respond to support tickets, emails, and calls from clients and internal staff
  • Troubleshoot common technical issues and provide clear guidance to users
  • Escalate complex issues to Level 2 or senior technicians as required
  • Maintain accurate ticket records and document resolutions in the ticketing system
  • Assist with user account management in Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Azure Active Directory
  • Support hardware and software deployment as needed
  • Share knowledge and best practices to contribute to team learning

What You’ll Bring:

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
  • Familiarity with Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to follow processes and maintain accurate documentation
  • Previous IT support or helpdesk experience is advantageous but not required
