Bankstown Sports Club are looking for Experienced and Enthusiastic Bartenders to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills and love of beverage service in our Premium Bars; Lady Banks Rooftop Bar - Sydney's Largest Rooftop Bar and Atrium Bar.

Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area.
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new cocktail recipes.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a high‑volume setting.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, including classic and contemporary cocktails.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus.
- RSA and RCG qualifications essential (or willingness to obtain).
