We have a rich history and have been providing residential aged care for more than 40 years.

What we need

We currently haveCasual opportunities for skilled, enthusiastic and dedicated Home Care Support Workers who live in the Deloraine area.

As a Home Care Support Worker, you will have an opportunity to:

• Provide care and support to our valued consumers with a consumer directed focus.

• Enable our consumers to remain in their own homes.

What you bring to the role

• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (must have completed Aged Care units) -Essential
• Effective Communication
• A desire to create a positive experience for our consumers
