About The Opportunity
Looking to take your estimating career to the next level with a company known for quality, loyalty, and great people? CV Services Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team — based at either our Head Office in Hendra or our Sunshine Coast Office in Maroochydore.
Your day‑to‑day will include:
- Preparing detailed estimates and quotations for projects of all sizes
- Coordinating tender documentation and pricing submissions
- Identifying and managing risks and opportunities during bid preparation
- Building strong, ongoing relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
- Proactively pursuing new business opportunities
What you’ll bring
- Electrical trade background or relevant qualification
- Proven experience estimating commercial projects (schools, hotels, offices, retail, airports, etc.)
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and estimating software
- A collaborative approach with the ability to work well within a team
