Key Responsibilities
- Lead and configure SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll solutions
- Deliver end-to-end implementation projects across varied industries
- Facilitate payroll design workshops and gather complex requirements
- Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation including STP and superannuation
- Provide ongoing post-go-live support to clients
- Maintain quality and governance across deliverables
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior consultants and share technical knowledge
Desired Skills and Attributes
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll configuration experience
- Strong understanding of payroll rules, schemas, and legislative compliance
- Proven track record delivering medium to large scale payroll projects
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (desirable)
- Experience in configuring Time Evaluation and Current Employment (desirable)
- Ability to lead solution design and run client workshops
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Legal working rights in Australia
