Associate Director - Sales Recruitment at Miller Leith

Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development activities throughout your territory.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and secure new customers, specifiers and projects.
- Implement and drive key sales strategies to deliver the commercial business plan.
- Maximise exposure of new products in key markets and secure specifications with end‑users, builders and developers.
- Engage in trade shows and represent the company within industry groups.
- Report on sales performance, market trends and product effectiveness.
- Collaborate on sales forecasts and contribute to the demand planning process.
- Provide insights into market data including competitor activity and growth drivers.
- Ensure CRM is fully utilised.
Key Experience Required
- Proven sales experience within the building product or material market.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to identify key stakeholders and decision makers.
