Associate Director - Sales Recruitment at Miller Leith

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development activities throughout your territory.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and secure new customers, specifiers and projects.
  • Implement and drive key sales strategies to deliver the commercial business plan.
  • Maximise exposure of new products in key markets and secure specifications with end‑users, builders and developers.
  • Engage in trade shows and represent the company within industry groups.
  • Report on sales performance, market trends and product effectiveness.
  • Collaborate on sales forecasts and contribute to the demand planning process.
  • Provide insights into market data including competitor activity and growth drivers.
  • Ensure CRM is fully utilised.

Key Experience Required

  • Proven sales experience within the building product or material market.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
  • Ability to identify key stakeholders and decision makers.
