Starting salary package is $100,000.00.

We are ideally looking for a person with 3+ years of performance trading experience - cross-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.

This role allows you to take ownership of a client portfolio, lead strategy, and make a real impact within a growing agency.

As a Performance Manager, you’ll lead campaign strategy and execution across the various performance channels mentioned. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients, delivering performance-driven campaigns that generate real business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of performance campaigns from strategy through to execution and reporting
  • Act as the primary performance contact for key clients, building trusted relationships and providing ongoing strategic recommendations
  • Develop, implement, and manage cross-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and programmatic platforms
  • Use first-party data, CRM insights, and audience tools to inform targeting and creative strategies
  • Manage budgets and campaign pacing, ensuring performance is on track and aligned with KPIs
  • Collaborate with creative, brand, and other teams to deliver integrated campaign strategies
  • Present campaign performance insights, test results, and optimisation strategies in regular client meetings
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform changes, and new beta opportunities

Ideally you

  • Have 3+ years’ experience in a performance marketing role (ideally agency-side)
  • Are expert in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and familiar with tools like GA4, Tag Manager, CM360, SA360, DV360, BigQuery and Looker Studio
  • Confident in managing media budgets, building media plans, and optimising to performance goals
  • Strong communicator who can present strategic recommendations and performance insights clearly
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven, with a passion for improving campaign efficiency
