Merchandise Allocator – Lovisa Pty Ltd

Lovisa Pty Ltd is a leading fast‑fashion jewellery retailer operating over 1,000 stores worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Accurately control stock arrivals for all global stores.
• Ensure the correct stock goes to the correct location at the correct time.
• Control all stock transfers between stores.
• Maintain the accuracy of store stock figures and levels.
• Ensure stores receive accurate stock levels as per planogram changes weekly.
• Operate and undertake associated tasks using the Futura system.
• Maintain min/maxes to ensure allocations are at an optimum for core and new lines.
• Manage the floorplan layout changes on a weekly basis for all stores globally.
• Perform stock‑to‑sales ratio analysis and reporting.
• Communicate with the operations team on any queries regarding stock levels in stores.
• Assist the Merchandise team with everyday tasks including emailing, filing, and all other duties as requested.
• Flexibility in working hours outside core hours (8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday) may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong oral & written communication at all levels.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, OneNote & Outlook; development skills on Futura.
• Openness/willingness to change.
• Desire to understand strategic direction of the business.
• Ability to anticipate what may be required.
• Ability to work autonomously and exercise discretion.
• Ability to work to deadlines and effectively multi‑task.
