Restaurant Manager – Schnitz Team at Avolta

Base pay: A$76,000.00/yr - A$77,700.00/yr
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the Schnitz team and deliver outstanding customer service.
About the Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and daily operations of the restaurant. Your duties will include:
- Leading, motivating and developing a team to deliver exceptional service
- Managing rostering, payroll input, and labour costs in line with budgets
- Overseeing stock control, ordering, and supplier management
- Ensuring food safety, workplace health & safety, and compliance standards are met
- Driving sales, managing costs and delivering strong financial results
- Handling customer feedback and ensuring a positive dining experience
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members
- Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment at all times
