Warehouse Operator (Casual)
SKUTOPIA is on a mission to democratise and decarbonise logistics. Our deep‑tech logistics company operates under a dual RaaS (Robotics‑as‑a‑Service) and SaaS model, delivering AI‑powered robotic fulfilment for retailers. This eliminates inefficiencies inherent in traditional 3PL models, such as human error, high labour costs and carbon‑heavy processes.
About the Team

We value diversity and pride ourselves on having a talented, compassionate Operations team at our Micro Fulfilment Centre in the inner‑city suburb of Alexandria. You will be joining a small agile team to help fulfil orders for Australian small businesses using our innovative robotics technology.
About this Role
You will be working in a three‑level warehouse with a height of up to 40 feet. The role involves being on your feet for the majority of the day, lifting, bending, and working in temperatures ranging from 25°C to 35°C, while adhering to strict safety, quality and fulfilment standards.
- Pick and pack orders
- Receive and put away inventory
- Work on your feet for the majority of the day, including lifting and bending to reach products on racking, climbing stairs, walking and standing.
- Work in a 3‑level warehouse with a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine
- Work with fluctuating warehouse temperatures from 25°C to 35°C
- Adhere to strict safety, quality and fulfilment standards
- Maintain a clean working environment – taking out rubbish, cardboard, etc.
Qualifications
- Must have the right to work in Australia and be based in Sydney
- Age 18 or older
- Basic computer experience
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication skills – able to assist team members
- Innovative problem‑solving skills and thinking outside the box
- Positive ‘can‑do’ attitude in achieving results
- Forklift licence optional but not necessary
