New Graduate Occupational Therapist role at Concentric. You will participate in an industry-leading graduate program, serving both in our clinic and in the community. With a gradual ramp-up period, we help you transition from your studies and apply your skills in a real-world setting. You will have weekly supervision, market-leading professional development, and a dedicated multi-disciplinary team to support you as you build a long and successful career.
Responsibilities
- A structured 12 month program to allow for learning and development.
- Initial 12 weeks of Graduate intensive training, including an extensive introduction to Concentric and working in the NDIS Allied Health Space.
- A Supervisor to help you navigate your new role, with weekly supervision, supporting you every step of the way!
- Flexi-time; work from home opportunities to allow for work life balance.
- Quarterly alignment days— a day out of the clinic to not see clients, learn and spend time with colleagues.

Essential Qualifications And Experience
- Completed Bachelor AND/OR Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Full Registration (or eligible on graduation).
- Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car.
- Unrestricted Australian work rights.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
