We are seeking experienced and driven Personal Lines Underwriters to join our dynamic team. Multiple positions are available in Tarndanya (Adelaide) and Naarm (Melbourne), with flexible working arrangements to support your lifestyle and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

As a Personal Lines Underwriter, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our broker partners through timely and informed underwriting decisions. Your responsibilities will include:

Evaluating and underwriting personal insurance risks in line with product guidelines.

Ensuring underwriting practices comply with national policies and protocols.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Delivering exceptional service across all customer touchpoints to foster trust and advocacy.

About You

We’re looking for agile professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry (preferred).
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professionalism and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset and dedication to service excellence.
  • A proactive approach to learning and innovation, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
