Bell Mobility Corporate Sales has an immediate opening for a Sales Manager - Medium Market in Toronto. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Sales, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic sales team in the Ontario region.



  • Provide leadership and strong support to a team of Account Executives.
  • Develop and execute strategies to exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Work closely with customer service, support and pricing teams.
  • Active participation in peer-to-peer goals.


Critical Qualifications:

  • Post secondary degree.
  • 5+ years in a similar sales manager role (B2B), preferably within the wireless industry.
  • Experience with leading and managing dynamic teams.
  • Skilled in coaching solution based selling techniques.
  • Strong communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.
  • Ability to deal with multiple priorities.
  • Exhibit sound judgment and have demonstrated initiative and leadership skills.
  • Participation in a high performance management team.
  • Be a positive, organized and motivated individual.
  • Be comfortable adapting to a constantly changing environment.
  • Be mobile and possess have a valid driver’s license.




Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
